Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education DG Khan organizes the annual and supply exams of matric and intermediate exams in the area of DG Khan and its surrounding areas. BISE DG Khan organizes these exams every year while there are thousands of participants in these exams including regular and private students. All the private and public schools and colleges in these areas mentioned above are affiliated with DG Khan Board. SSC part 1 & 2 annual exams are held in March and April while HSSC part 1 & 2 exams are organized by the board during the months of May and June.

All the students of BISE DG Khan prepare for their exams of matric and inter level soon after the announcement of the date sheet which is about couple of months before the start of exams while model papers are also an important factor along with the books to get excellent marks in the exams. These model papers are aimed to provide complete information about the upcoming exams of BISE DG Khan as the paper pattern of the exams is given in these model papers while important questions are also mentioned in the model papers for the matric and intermediate students of DG Khan Board.
