Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education DG Khan has the authority to conduct annual and supplementary exams of matric and intermediate class in the districts of DG Khan, Layyah, Muzaffargarh and Rajanpur. All the schools and colleges in these districts, both public and private, are affiliated with BISE DG Khan. Every year, thousands of regular and private students appear in the matric and intermediate class annual exams conducted by DG Khan Board. BISE DG Khan organizes the annual exams of SSC and HSSC according to a schedule.
9th class annual exams and 10th class annual exams are held during the months of March and April while 11th class annual exams and 12th class annual exams are taken by the board during the months of May and June. Two or three months before the start of the exams, the DG Khan Board announces the date sheet of matric class annual exams 2024 and inter class annual exams few months before the start of the exams.
